A few tears and a moment of panic later Wayne was super responsive, knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I have now had the restoration or perhaps a miracle performed on my sofa and it looks incredible. The sofa is around 6 years old, and had had a hard time with children, pets, in particular cat scratches and of course the bleach however it has been completely restored back to the day we brought it.
